Hello!  I'm based in Orange County where I got into beauty and skincare in college at UCI. Actually, I used to be one of those girls that never considered wearing makeup or use skincare and had no desire to until I started watching Youtube channels. Since then my knowledge of Korean beauty, makeup reviews, and in general beauty related products skyrocketed. My friend and I started going to Sephora to collect samples and swatch products in store every time we felt like it (which was a lot). Even today I've collected SO many samples and tried so many things that I have trouble finishing them! I subscribed to all the birthday perks for beauty brands and found ways to save money by getting as many samples as I could on long-lasting products such as eye creams and highlighters. The excitement of course was passed onto my friends; some followed in my footsteps and some would rather just buy the product, but I've always been a cheapo and I'm not ashamed of that. As my interest in the hottest makeup and skincare grew, so did my motivation to find the best deals to get the best products for the least money. My friends knew me as willing to go through the trouble to find the best deals (even if it was a couple bucks) or even get things for free and would also ask me for recommendations on skincare. These kind of questions inspired me to write this blog and to share what's worth your money and what's not. I believe in taking care of yourself spiritually and physically. So this blog aims to help you take care of your body physically while being financially wise. Whether you're a college student trying to figure out a budget skincare routine or a beauty guru who wanted a second opinion-I hope my blog can help you out!
